• Communication Data – Call recordings (with consent), chat transcripts, email correspondence, WhatsApp messages, and any other communication with us.
• Sensitive Personal Data – As defined under the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Rules 2011, you expressly consent to our collection of sensitive data including financial information and government identifiers.

You agree that we are not liable for any third-party's use of your data after sharing with your consent or as permitted herein.

5. Data Security - Limitation of Liability

We deploy industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular audits. HOWEVER, you acknowledge that:

• No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
• We shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, data breach, or cyber attack despite our reasonable efforts.

• Our liability for any data security incident is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
