💬Communication Data

  • Government & Regulatory Authorities — When required by law, court order, or legal process.
  • Business Successors — In the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.

All third-party service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes specified and must maintain appropriate security measures.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIBIL Repair and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this policy.
