- Our services are provided on a "best effort" basis — no specific credit score improvement or negative item removal is guaranteed.
- We do not charge any upfront fees for dispute filing without your explicit written consent.
- All client funds are handled through secured payment gateways compliant with RBI norms.
- We maintain an internal register of complaints as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- We do not promise removal of accurate negative information — only inaccurate or erroneous items can be legitimately disputed.

The Banking Ombudsman Scheme is a dispute resolution mechanism established by RBI for resolving complaints related to banking services. You may approach the Banking Ombudsman if:
- Your complaint is not resolved within 30 days by our Grievance Officer.
- Your complaint is rejected by us and you believe the rejection is unjustified.
- You are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer.
