1. Definitions & Interpretation
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" means CIBIL Repair, its successors, affiliates, and assigns.
- "Client", "You", "Your" means any person or entity availing our credit repair services.
- "Service" includes credit report analysis, dispute resolution, documentation, consultancy, and any related services.
- "Agreement" means these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.
- "Force Majeure" includes acts of God, pandemics, government actions, cyber attacks, and any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Eligibility & Capacity
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You are the rightful owner of the credit report and personal information you provide.
- All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are not using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
IMPORTANT: Any false representation may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
3. Scope of Services - No Guarantees
We offer credit repair consulting services including but not limited to:
- Review and analysis of credit reports from CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, and CRIF High Mark.
- Identification of inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information in credit reports.
- Filing disputes with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf (with your explicit written consent).
- Guidance and education on credit score improvement strategies.
- Representation before banks, financial institutions, and credit bureaus as your authorized representative.
✅ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We do NOT guarantee any specific credit score increase or removal of accurate negative entries. Results vary significantly based on individual credit history, bureau responsiveness, and factual accuracy of the information in dispute. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Payment & Fee Structure
- Service Fees: All fees are as displayed on our website or quoted in writing. Fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of 18% GST.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we commence any dispute filing or representation services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and bank transfers.
- No Hidden Charges: All fees are disclosed upfront. Any additional services will be separately quoted and require your written consent.
- Late Payment: Failure to pay any due amount may result in service suspension and late fees at 18% per annum.
- Collection Costs: You agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, if we must pursue payment.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key provisions include:
- Cancellation within 7 days of payment: Full refund (provided no work has commenced).
- No refunds after disputes have been filed or 15 days from payment date, whichever is earlier.
- If we fail to resolve a valid dispute as contractually agreed, we will refund the proportionate fee.
- All refunds are processed within 30 days and credited to the original payment source.

6. Client Obligations & Responsibilities
You expressly agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including PAN, Aadhaar, credit reports, and any requested documents.
- Respond promptly (within 5 business days) to our requests for information, documents, or authorizations.
- Review your credit reports independently and notify us of any discrepancies.
- Continue making all required payments on existing credit accounts during our engagement.
- Not misuse our services for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.
- Indemnify and hold us harmless against any losses, claims, or damages arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
- Not directly contact credit bureaus or creditors regarding disputes filed by us without our prior written consent.
7. Our Rights & Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or provide false information.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
- Use third-party service providers, subcontractors, or legal counsel to fulfill our obligations.
- Communicate with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls for service-related purposes.
- Assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability - Maximum Protection
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No Liability for Third Parties: We are not liable for any actions, delays, or failures of credit bureaus, banks, lenders, or any third party.
- No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, credit approvals, loan sanctions, business opportunities, or reputation.
- Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us in the preceding 6 months.
- No Liability for User Actions: We are not responsible for any action taken by any lender based on your credit report or score.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with credit repair and understand that credit scores may fluctuate.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIBIL Repair, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of our services or website.
- Any dispute between you and a credit bureau, bank, or lender.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of CIBIL Repair and protected under Indian copyright laws, trademark laws, and international conventions. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods.
- Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information.
11. Third-Party Links & Services

- Do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
- Are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party websites.

12. Termination & Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable, and no refunds shall be issued for work already performed.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, internet outages, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, or credit bureau system failures.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
14.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14.2 Mandatory Negotiation: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiation by providing written notice to us. The negotiation period shall be 30 days.
14.3 Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi NCR, India, in English, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed.
14.4 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Subject to arbitration, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India. You expressly waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
14.5 No Class Action: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
15. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIBIL Repair regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
17. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without individual notice. The "Last Updated" date indicates the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
